#1: Where Do I Find Good Content To Repost On Instagram? (3 Best Ways)

In this post I'm going to show you exactly how to find the profiles that share top quality proven content.
(Including 3 ways to find successful profiles within your niche, to start the research process).
How To Find Good Content to Repost
Method 1: Similar Profile Suggestions
This is the #1 method we use to find top profiles within your niche that share high quality content you can repost. The process is simple:
1. Find an example of a ThemePage you’re currently following who has more than 100K followers and tap to view the ‘suggested for you’ profiles on the far right. E.g. @Millionaire_Mentor
Once you’ve pressed that, you’ll have suggestions of profiles who have a similar audience size.
2. Visit one of the suggested profiles to see if it is an ideal candidate of a successful profile that you want to repost content from.
Check out some of the posts they share to see their engagement rate levels. Navigate to their Reels tab and see how many views they typically get.
3. When you find a profile that meets the criteria of: 100K+ followers, healthy engagement rate on their posts, then make a note of that profile.
4. Repeat the same process on that successful profile. E.g. on @Mindset.Therapy.
Tap on the icon on their profile, and visit the ones recommended after that.
5. Repeat step 2.
6. Carry on repeating this process for about 10 minutes, in the end you will have a list of 10+ profiles that you can delve deeper into to find content from.
Note: Don’t do this a few times and stop, spend some time digging deeper, as the suggestions will move away from larger profiles to more niche ones which are growing fast. It’s in these profiles that you can find top quality content you can re-share.
Method 2: Search Inside Hashtags
1. Think of niche related hashtag, e.g. #MillionaireMindset and find the hashtag that has the most posts.
2. Make sure the filter is set to Top posts over on the right.
3. View the Reel on the left, and then visit the profile to see if they meet our criteria of (a) more than 100K followers (b) healthy engagement rate and views on their Reels. If they meet our criteria, make a note of that profile.
4. Take a look at all the posts you see initially on that hashtag page - At least 10 posts. And visit their profiles to see if they meet our criteria.
5. Repeat this process with 2 other hashtags, and you should have collected anywhere from 5 to 10 more profile names.
Method 3: Find Synonyms on Google
Before you start searching for keywords, you should also use google and search for similar words to the ones related to your niche.
When doing research, you’ll typically type in phrases and keywords that are obvious. However, there could be some keywords that aren’t on your mind that you’re missing out on.
This 3rd method is all about improving your creativity, so you can be inspired by other keywords which may not be on your mind.
1. Visit google and type in your keyword followed by ‘synonyms’. E.g. “Success Synonyms”. In this example a few good words are “victory” and “triumph”
2. From here, you’ll see a list of similar words. Click on ‘More similar and opposite words’ and you’ll have an expanded list of similar words.
After scrolling down you can see more words. Words like “prosperity” “affluence” “wealth” “riches” “fortune” “opulence” and “luxury” could be ideal worlds to search inside Instagram hashtags.
3. Scroll down and make a note of any keywords that weren’t on your mind that would be useful to search inside of instagram.
4. Take those keywords and repeat Method 2. Search Inside Hashtags to find more profiles inside of Instagram.

To recap, the best ways to find profiles to repost content from include:
1. Find similar profiles to the themepages you already follow by clicking the ‘suggested for you profiles’ button. Then continue to repeat this until you find accounts that aren’t as well known but have 100K+ followers and good Reel engagements metrics. Do this for 5 to 10 minutes and make a note of all the profiles worth revisiting.
2. Search inside of popular hashtags, navigate to the top posts that you can see, check out their profiles, and if they meet our criteria make a note of them. Repeat this process until you have 5 to 10 profiles written down.
3. Do a google search and find similar words to the ones in your niche that you’re not thinking about, and use these as inspiration to do more hashtag research like you did in no. 2 - the previous hashtags method.
